Configure the stages of your processes
In the second tab of the Selection processYou will be able to configure up to 9 different stages for the selection process of your offer. You can include Shares y Automatic Movements to facilitate the flow of candidates through the process.
Add a new stage:
1️⃣ Click on the button Include new stage.
2️⃣ Assign a descriptive name to the stage and confirm the creation by clicking on OK.
Include an automatic action:
1️⃣ Select the stage in which you want to configure the action.
2️⃣ Choose the type of action you wish to include and make the necessary settings.
3️⃣ Click on Include automatic action to save the changes.
Include an automatic movement:
1️⃣ Click on the button Include automatic movement at the bottom of the stage.
2️⃣ Define the conditions of the movement and save the changes by clicking on Create movement automatic.
Pandapé Tips
Define clear stages: Set up specific stages that reflect the different phases of the selection process, such as "CV Review", "Initial interview" y "Technical evaluation". This will help you maintain an organized and structured flow in your candidate search.
Uses automatic actions: Take advantage of automatic actions to speed up the selection process. You can set up actions such as sending confirmation emails or moving candidates automatically to the next stage. This will save you time and ensure that no important steps are missed.
