Service activation and credit availability: Verify that you have activated WhatsApp Business in Pandapé and you have the necessary credits to send messages. If you need to enable the service or acquire more credits, please contact your Customer Success.

Candidate's consent and correct number: Candidates must give their consent when registering for the vacancy to allow them to be contacted by WhatsApp and they must also write their number and prefix correctly.

User roles and permissions for sending messages: The following table describes the platform roles and associated permissions for the sending of WhatsApp Business from Pandapé.

2. Configure messages of WhatsApp in your processes
Configure automatic mass mailings of WhatsApp Business in your stages of the process to send instant notifications to your candidates when they advance in your process. Follow these steps:
1️⃣ In your stages of Smartrecrutingselect or create a stage and click on Include automatic action.
2️⃣ Then choose the option Send message.
3️⃣ In the pop-up window, select one of your predefined templates or compose a new message.
4️⃣ Be sure to check the box WhatsApp.
5️⃣ Finally, click on Include automatic action to save the changes.
3. Send messages from the candidate's profile
1️⃣ Navigate to the desired vacancy, locate the candidate in the candidate grid and access his/her profile.
2️⃣ Click on the button Send Message within your profile.
3️⃣ In the pop-up window, choose a predefined template or type a new message.
4️⃣ Before sending, make sure to check the box WhatsApp.
5️⃣ Click on Send to to complete the process:
Candidate's e-mail address.
To send messages from WhatsApp Business mass within an offer, follow these steps:
1️⃣ Access the vacancy, go to the stage of interest, and select the candidates you wish to contact by clicking on the box next to their profile picture or by checking the main box.
2️⃣ In the list of Shareschoose from the following Send message to start the mass mailing process.
3️⃣ A window will open where you can choose between using a predefined template o compose a message.
4️⃣ Confirm that the option to send via WhatsApp is selected before proceeding.
5️⃣ Once ready, click on Send:

You can send WhatsApp messages to candidates from your candidate base, either individually or en masse, follow these steps:
1️⃣ Access the Candidate Database:
- For a shipment individualsearch and select the desired candidate.
- For shipments massIf you want to contact a candidate, check the boxes next to the profile pictures of the candidates you want to contact.
2️⃣ Click on the option Send Message available in the Shares:

- Review in detail the messages sent and received from your candidates and reply from this section when the candidate has replied.
