Export the information of your candidates, both from massively as well as individuallyin formats Excel y CSV. These exports contain from contact information y personal details to answers to filter questions and optionally, test resultsexcluding the Thomas DISC and MIDOT tests.

1️⃣ Access the vacancy and locate the stage where the candidate of interest is located.
2️⃣ Check the box to select the candidate whose information you wish to download:
3️⃣ Displays the list of Shares and click on Export file:
4️⃣ In the pop-up window, decide whether to include the questionnaires and choose the file format (.xls or .csv).
5️⃣ Click on Generate file. The download will start automatically in your download folder.
Massive data download
1️⃣ Access the vacancy and locate the stage where the candidates you wish to download are located.

This field indicates the origin of the applicant's candidacy. It can be from your Pandapé Careers Page, Computrabajo, LinkedIn or other possible origins. |
History of application in the company: |
This field records the candidate's previous applications in the company, showing the identification codes of the offers to which he/she has applied. |
Screening questions: final score |
Displays the final result of the filter questions (killer questions)If these have been included and have a weight assigned to them per response. |
Filter question statements |
If filter questions have been included in the offer, they will be displayed organized in columns along with the answers provided by the candidates. |
Test Results |
Displays the results of the completed tests, organized in columns. For example, a column might contain "Spanish Test".the following "Test Informática". and so on. The results of the Thomas DISC and MIDOT tests are not included. |
