How to apply filters to your vacancies
Use the Filterson the left side of your screen to select specific features and filter your list of offers.
Activate the filters you need by checking boxes, typing in free text fields or selecting options from drop-down lists, depending on the type of filter.

In the following table, we detail the function of each filter and how it can help you locate your vacancies of interest:
Filter name | Description: |
Keyword | Search for specific offers by entering references or titles as free text. |
Bid status | Filter by vacancies earrings, active o archived by checking the boxes. |
Source of publication | Select offers according to the job portal or social network of publication. |
Computrabajo Offers | To use this filter, first select Sources of publication >Computrabajo and then filter your offers on Computrabajo by state: Active, overdue, archived, outstanding, urgent y flash. |
Type of offer | Distinguishes between vacancies public, internal o confidential. |
Manager | Find offers assigned to a specific manager by typing his name or selecting him from the list. |
Department/ City and Country | Filter vacancies by specific location by selecting or entering the name of the vacancy. Department, city o country. |
Date of publication | Filter offers by publication date: today, last 7 days, last 30 days, last 3 months, and last year. |
Professional category | Filter your vacancies by professional area, for example, "Administration/Office" for all offers in that area. |
Features |
View offers containing "Filter questions" or the "Midot Test"If you have this type of test active in an offer. |
Created/ Credit consumed in Computrabajo | Filter offers by the user who created them or by the publication credits consumed in Computrabajo for each user. |
How to remove filters from your offer list
When you apply filters to your offer listing, they will appear at the top. To remove a filter, click on the icon "x" next to your name, or select "Clear filters" to remove all of them at once.
Pandapé Tips
Take advantage of the "Date of creation" in ascending order to review or update your oldest offers. This strategy will help you keep all your vacancies up to date and prevent any from being overlooked.
With the filter "Manager"easily review the progress of each recruiter's offers. This filter is ideal for managers who want to monitor the progress and results of their recruiting team.
