During the creation of the vacancy, the functionality of the Suitability of candidates uses AI to evaluate a wide range of criteria based on the data entered. Some of the fields it considers are:

During the creation or editing of a vacancy in Pandapé ATS, you can assigning a weight to each criterion according to the specific requirements of the position. This allows you to adjust the importance of each criterion according to your priorities. Here's how to do it:
1️⃣ Go to the section Selection process from the creation or edition of a vacancy and select the tab Suitability of candidates:
2️⃣ Assign a weight to each criterion according to the importance you wish to give it. By default, all criteria will be displayed as "Reasonable"but you can choose between the options "Very important", "Reasonable" y "Less important".
Once you have made the settings, the changes will be saved automatically.
