If you need to make changes or modify the criteria of a vacancy you have already published, don't worry. At Pandapé ATS, you can edit the offer at any time.
You will be able to make changes in the configurations you set during the creation of your vacancy. These are some of the settings you can modify:
- Offer information: You can edit the details of the vacancy, such as title, description, requirements, location, salary, etc.
- Publication data: You can adjust the way the vacancy is displayed on job boards and aggregators, as well as the duration of the posting.
- Process managers: You can add or remove managers from the vacancy, allowing your colleagues to collaborate in the selection process.
- Stages of the process You can customize the stages of the selection process by adding, deleting or modifying existing stages.
- Adequacy: You can adjust the candidate suitability criteria, as well as other custom fields you have created.
Editing offers
Follow these steps to make changes to your offer:
1️⃣ Access to the offer you want to edit.
2️⃣ Click on the button Edit offer located in the upper right corner of the screen.
Frequently Asked Questions
I have unpublished in a job portal and the offer does not disappear.
It is normal that an offer unpublished on a job portal does not disappear immediately. The unpublishing process may take between 24 and 48 hours in most cases. However, it is important to bear in mind that in your Own employment page/ Microsite and in Computrabajothe unpublication is instantaneous. We recommend you to wait the mentioned time and check again the visibility of the offer on the job portal.
Is it possible to edit the killer questions once they have been created?
Once you have created the filter questions, you will not be able to modify them directly. However, you have the option to delete existing questions and create new questions from scratch according to your updated needs and requirements.
Can I edit the vacancy if it is already published?
Yes, you can edit the vacancy at any time. However, please note that some sections such as filter, position, add-on and location questions cannot be edited once configured.
