Positioning your vacancy on Google for Jobs is very easy. When you post or edit an existing vacancy, in the step Publication dataselect the option Google for Jobs in the section Work sites.
The publication usually takes between 48 and 72 hoursand in some cases may be higher depending on Google's indexing.
Moderation
As this is a job search engine outside Pandapé ATS, it is governed by its own moderation rules. Here is a summary of the main reasons by those who could do not publish the vacancy or delete it:
- False information: content that is not accurate, realistic or truthful is considered false.
- Bad language and vulgar language: Google considers any obscene or offensive content to be vulgar language.
- Legal requests for withdrawal: if Google receives a complaint about a job posting that is in violation of any law.
- Expired offers: you must make sure to correctly mark the contracting and end of publication deadlines.
- Offers that require making payments: Google does not allow the publication of vacancies that require candidates to make any payment.
- Correct editorial content: no vacancies with text or images that obscure information or grammatically incorrect content, such as excessive use of capital letters, are allowed.
How to find your vacancies on Google for Jobs
To check if your vacancies have been posted on Google for Jobs, follow these steps:
1️⃣ Perform a search with the title of your offer, your company name and location.
2️⃣ Select Explore jobs and search the rest of your offers from the Google for Jobs search engine by typing your company name and the exact location (City and State/Department/Region).

The titles of your vacancies are very important to Google, try to use very clear titles avoiding internal codes or words that are not understandable to users.
Use keywords in the job description to make the job easier for Google and better position your vacancies. For example, if you are looking for administrative staff, use common words in the sector such as archiving, invoicing, telephone answering, inventory, Excel, SAP, among others.
