This user has the ability to manage all sections of Pandapé ATS, including critical settings such as billing and user registration, as well as the administration of user credits. SupervisorThe role: has the ability to create and post vacancies, including those in draft, and has permission to adjust certain settings such as email lists and test templates, making this role one of the most important roles in the company. for those managing more advanced recruiting assignments.

RecruiterThe user is a fundamental role in the selection process, since he/she is able to create vacancies and, if he/she has the corresponding permission, he/she will be able to publish them. This user has access to the own candidate base and to the CompuTrabajo's candidate basewhich makes it the standard role for operational recruitment.

ContributorThe role of the candidate: focuses on the management of assigned vacancies and has the ability to access candidate files to carry out tasks such as sending messages and requesting references. Although his or her actions are restricted compared to other roles, this profile is ideal. for users who actively collaborate in the processes, offering a hands-on approach.

Requisitor: plays an initial role in the recruitment process by being responsible for creating applications for new vacancies, has access to the message box and calendar to track the progress of your applications. This type of user is exclusive to Pandapé's Enterprise plan.
