Synchronizing your agenda with Pandapé ATS can be a great advantage to simplify your tasks. By having all your your interview reminders and resume reviews in one placeyou can easily access them from your personal calendar, either from Google o Outlook. Pandapé ATS offers fast synchronization in just a few steps. In this article we will show you how to activate the synchronization, so you will be able to optimize your time and centralize your activities.
We show you how to do it:
1️⃣ Access your Pandapé ATS address book from the top right icon or from the panel Principal.
2️⃣ Click on Synchronize to display the list of options.
3️⃣ Select the calendar you want to synchronize: Google o Outlook.
4️⃣ Activate the synchronization by following the corresponding instructions:

If you choose GoogleIf you do not have a Google calendar, copy the link shown in the pop-up window. Then, access your Google calendar and paste the link in the corresponding field. Finally, click on Add calendar to complete the synchronization process.

If you opt for OutlookWhen you select the Outlook calendar, make sure you have the Outlook application activated on your computer and are logged in. When you select the Outlook calendar, a window will open that will guide you step by step through the synchronization activation process.
Once you have completed these steps, the Pandapé calendar will be integrated into your Google or Outlook calendar. In this way, all the tasks, calls y interviews scheduled in Pandapé ATS will be synchronized automatically in your personal calendar, keeping you informed about your scheduled events.
Pandapé Tips
Remember that if you need to make any changes in your scheduled tasks, we recommend you to do it from the Pandapé ATS agenda so that it is updated in both calendars.
