Incorporate IntegriTEST in your vacancies
Follow these steps to add this test to your selection process:
1️⃣ Within the Stages of the process of a vacancy, crea a new stage specific to IntegriTEST. In this way, you will be able to automate the sending to the candidates.
2️⃣ Click on Include automatic action > select Send a test.
3️⃣ In the pop-up window, sYou will have the option to choose between several types of IntegriTEST, each one designed to evaluate specific ethical aspects according to different professional categories.
The following is a description of the types of IntegriTEST available:

General: This type of test is suitable for ethical evaluations in general or diverse roles, covering a wide range of competencies and skills.

Sales: Designed specifically for profiles in the sales field, this IntegriTEST assesses ethics and integrity related to sales practices, negotiation and dealing with customers.

- Customize the message that the candidates will receive. You will be able to compose a message from scratch or use an predefined template.
- Indicate at what time the test will be sent after the start of the stage and set the expiration time of the test.
5️⃣ and in the corresponding step click again on Include automatic action to save the settings made.
Automatic movements in the IntegriTEST
To define the Smart Recruiting movements depending on the results obtained by the candidates in the test, you will be able to choose between three options: Proceed to the next stage., Keep the candidate at the same stage. o Automatically discard it.. Be sure to consider the different possible outcomes and how you want them to be reflected in the selection process.
Once you have determined the desired result and the corresponding moves, simply click on Create automatic movement to save the configuration
After you have added the IntegriTEST to your vacancies, every candidate at that stage you will automatically receive an e-mail invitation to take the test.
How to consult the results
IntegriTEST tests provide detailed results that categorize candidates into: Recommended, Clarification required, Marginal, Not recommended y No Results.
To consult the results of each candidate who has taken the test, follow these steps:
1️⃣ Access the candidate's file on the platform.
2️⃣ Go to the Results
3️⃣ Locate the test you have performed and click on Download PDF::
When downloading the PDF, first of all, you will find the candidate's overall score:
- Recommended: indicates that the candidate has obtained a score above 50 in all the dimensions evaluated.
- Clarification is required: this category is considered as Recommended, but some issues that need to be reviewed are noted. The report will detail the sections that require clarification.
- Marginal: means that the candidate has obtained a score of 50 on an evaluated dimension.
- Not recommended: are cases in which one or two dimensions have a score below 50.
- No results: refers to cases in which the candidates have answered many questions with "I don't know", which generates doubts about the sincerity of the answers. In these cases, it is recommended to verify the cause and evaluate whether it is necessary to repeat the test.
The results are broken down into several dimensions evaluated, such as truthfulness, theft, standards and service tolerance. Each of these dimensions is detailed below:
- Truthfulness: indicates the score obtained by the candidate on a scale from 0 to 100, where 0 represents a tendency to falsify reports and 10 means that the candidate is honest and tells the truth.
- Theft: indicates the score obtained by the candidate on a scale from 0 to 100, where 0 implies a tendency to commit theft of goods or money, and 10 indicates that the candidate respects the organization's assets.
- Standards: indicates the score obtained by the candidate on a scale from 0 to 100, where 0 implies a tendency to violate rules, laws and regulations, and 10 means that the candidate respects the established rules.
- Tolerance in service: indicates the score obtained by the candidate on a scale from 0 to 100, where 0 implies a tendency to be impatient and aggressive, and 10 represents good manners and willingness to serve.
These results provide valuable information on the different dimensions evaluated, helping you to make more informed decisions in your selection process.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can the test be resent?
Yes, if your candidate cannot find the email with the test or if you want to send it again as a reminder, you can resend the test from the candidate's file:
I want to send an IntegriTEST to a candidate and I can't send it.
If you are trying to send an IntegriTEST test to one of your candidates and the platform does not allow you to do so, there may be several reasons:
- Your IntegriTEST credits are sold out. You can check the available credits in the menu Principal of the home page.
- The candidate has already completed an IntegriTEST in the same or a different vacancy. As these tests are very elaborate and complete, it is recommended that you send a single test per candidate.
Pandapé Tips
If you have candidates discarded with IntegriTEST to be performedyou can delete the test to return to recovering credit. Remember that credits are only consumed if the candidate has taken the test.
