Each selection process has common stages that are fundamental to manage candidates efficiently. At Pandapé ATS, you can create default stages to appear automatically in all your selection processesThis will allow you to save time and optimize your productivity. Below, we will show you how to perform this configuration.
Configure the stages of the selective process:
1️⃣ Go to the section Configuration by clicking on the "gear" icon.
2️⃣ In the category Process managers> select Stages of the process:
In Pandapé ATS, some essential stages that every selection process has are already pre-defined, such as:
- Registered Candidates who have applied and have not yet been processed.
- Finalists: Candidates who have been pre-selected to advance in the process.
- Contracted: Candidates who have been selected and hired.
- Discarded Candidates who do not meet the requirements or have not been selected.
3️⃣ Add customized stages: If you wish to set additional stages as default for your vacancies, you can do so by selecting the button Include new stage:
Remember that the customized stages you have created can be eliminated at any time by clicking on the "X"and also can be edited by selecting the pencil icon ✏️.
