The Pandapé ATS offer report panel will give you provides key details and data about your job postings. Access to the report panel
To access the report panel follow these steps:
1️⃣ Click on the menu Reports located on the top bar of the platform:
2️⃣ Once inside, select the tab Offers.
From here you can explore different indicators about your offers and apply filters to customize the data visualization, you can select a date range, such as "Yesterday", "Last 7 days", "Last 30 days", "Last 3 months". y "Last year". You can also adjust the filters to view data diaries, weekly, monthly y annual.
Detail of available data
When you access the offers report, you will find several graphs that will provide you with valuable information about your publications. Each of them is explained below:
Vacancies published in Pandapé: This graph shows the number of active vacancies published on Pandapé during a specific period. You will be able to observe the evolution of the data in the selected periodicity (daily, weekly, monthly or yearly) and have an overview of its volume.
Active job offers in Computrabajo: In this graph, you will find information about the vacancies published on the Computrabajo platform. You will be able to observe the evolution of the data in the selected periodicity (daily, weekly, monthly or yearly) and evaluate the performance of these offers in the selected period.
Featured job offers in Computrabajo: This graph will show you the most outstanding vacancies published on Computrabajo. You will be able to evaluate their performance and their impact on the platform over time, observing the evolution of the data in the selected periodicity.
Urgent active job offers in Computrabajo: Here you will be able to visualize the urgent job vacancies published on Computrabajo. The graph will allow you to follow the evolution of the data in the selected periodicity (daily, weekly, monthly or yearly) and to evaluate the demand for these offers.
Active job offers Confidential in Computrabajo: In this graph, you will find information about confidential job vacancies published on Computrabajo. You will be able to analyze the evolution of the data in the selected periodicity.
Active Flash job offers on Computrabajo: This graph will show you the flash job vacancies published on Computrabajo. You will be able to observe the evolution of the data in the selected periodicity (daily, weekly, monthly or yearly) and evaluate the impact of these offers on the platform.
Vacancies published in Computrabajo: In this graph, you will find information on the total number of vacancies published on the Computrabajo platform. You will be able to observe the evolution of the data in the selected periodicity and evaluate its volume over time.
Vacancies posted on Google4JobsHere you will find data on the vacancies published on Google4Jobs. The graph will show you the evolution of the data in the selected periodicity of these publications and will help you to evaluate their impact on the platform.
Offers published on LinkedIn: In this graph, you will be able to obtain information about the vacancies published on LinkedIn. You will see the evolution of the data in the selected periodicity (daily, weekly, monthly or yearly) and you will be able to evaluate the reach of these publications on the platform.
Remember that in addition to consulting this information on the platform, you can also export the data in a CSV file.. Simply select the date range and periodicity you want to filter, and download the file to your computer. This will allow you to analyze the data in more detail and share it with your recruiting team to make informed strategic decisions.
Pandapé Tips
