If you are the administrator of your Pandapé ATS account, you have the ability to customize and set up your Basic Job Pageto match your company's identity and image.
Below, we explain in detail how you can make the customizations necessary for highlight and attract the best candidates.

Go to Configuration
To access the configuration window of your Careers Pagefollow these simple steps:
1️⃣ Click on the "gear" icon to access the "gear" section. Configuration.
2️⃣ In the category Your company, selectPage setup.
Inside the window CustomizationIn this section, you will find the customization options explained below.
Promotion of your job page
In the window header Customization you will find a direct link to your jobs page. You can copy and share this link or even embed it in your corporate website. You will also see the Download QRwhich will allow you to download and print a QR code to promote your job page physically on brochures, events, etc.
General information
In this section, you will be able to modify the following features of your job page:

Title: Add a catchy title that will motivate candidates to apply.

Logo: Upload a logo with a recommended size of 224 px wide by 120 px high.

Site URL domain: Configure the domain of your jobs page to match your company.

Header: Upload a header image with a recommended size of 1140 px wide by 640 px high.

Company Description: Provide an attractive and complete description of your company, highlighting its values, culture and employee benefits.

Colors: Customize the colors of titles, links and highlights to match your company's visual identity.

Youtube URL: Add a corporate video that showcases your company culture, facilities and encourages candidates to apply.
Display options
In this section, you can check or uncheck the following options to decide which items will be displayed on your jobs page:

Display the company logo in the header image.

Display the company name in the header image.

Display the company name at the top of the screen.
Finally, you will have the following options:

Reset changes: If you want to undo the modifications made and return to the default settings, you can use this option.

Preview your page: Before publishing your changes, you will be able to preview how your page will look like with the customizations you have made.

Publish page: Once you are satisfied with the configurations and customizations made, you can publish your page to make it available to candidates interested in working for your company.
