How to access the disclosure calendar?
Once you have created and published the offer, to access the disclosure calendar follow these steps:
1️⃣ Within the edition of the offer, dkeep up with the pace Selection process
2️⃣ Accede to the tab Disclosure calendar.
How to configure the calendar?
1️⃣ Click on "+ Include phase with information for dissemination.".
2️⃣ Provide a descriptive name for the phase you are creating. For example, you could name it: "Preliminary interviews". This will allow candidates to quickly understand what this stage is all about.
3️⃣ Enter the date and time exact start dates for the phase you are setting up. This detail is essential so that candidates are informed about when this phase is expected to start.
4️⃣ Uses the space of Additional information to provide more details on the phase in question.
5️⃣ If you have files relevant to this stage, you can include them using the option Include file . For example, in the case of "Preliminary interviews"you could add a PDF with tips for a successful interview.
