How to move candidates to stages manually

Pandapé ATS moves the best fit candidates to the following stages according to the criteria configured in the Admission Process:. However, you also have the option to move candidates manually, either from massively or individually. Here's how to do it.

Massive movement of candidates

To manually move candidates in bulk, follow these steps:

1️⃣ Access to the list of candidates of a specific offer.

2️⃣ select the candidates you want to move by checking the box next to their profile picture.

3️⃣ Click on Shares y select the stage to which you want to move the candidates from the drop-down menu.

Move candidates individually

If you wish to manually move candidates individually, follow these steps:

1️⃣ Access the candidate section of a specific offer.

2️⃣ Enter the candidate's file you want to move.

3️⃣ At the top right of the tab, select whether you want to discard the candidate or move him/her to the next stage. If you want to move it to another stage, simply scroll down the list of available stages and select the appropriate one.
