Make sure you are using one of the recommended browsers, such as Google Chrome o Firefox. These browsers are compatible with the recording functionality in Pandapé.
Check if you have ad blockers or plugins active in your browser. Disable these blockers or plugins during the video interview, as they may interfere with the display and operation of the record button.
Check the quality of your Internet connection. Make sure you have a stable connection and with sufficient bandwidth to conduct the video interview without problems.
After performing these checks, refresh the page in your browser to verify if the record button now appears.
