At Pandapé ATS, we offer the possibility of scheduling interviews with your candidates, offering them different date options for greater flexibility. Configuring these options is simple and will allow you to schedule interviews more efficiently. Here is how to do it step by step.

Set up date options in interviews
1️⃣ Start by scheduling a new interview, either From the candidate's file: o from your agenda.

2️⃣ In the pop-up window, fill in all the required fields.
3️⃣ In the date field, define the day and time. To offer more options, click on + Include another optional date/timefill in the fields and at the end, click on the button Schedule.
How the candidate views the interview with date options
Once you have sent the interview to the candidate with the different date options to choose from, the candidate will receive the following interview invitation email:
By clicking on "View interview data"Once you have made your choice, you will be redirected to a screen where you can select one of the proposed dates. Once he/she has made his/her choice, he/she only has to click on "Confirm" to accept it.
Offering date options to your candidates enhances their experience and facilitates the coordination of interviews, resulting in a more efficient and effective selection process.
