If you are new to Pandapé ATS and you want to access your account, we explain you how to log in easily. Remember that you must have accepted the invitation to the Pandapé ATS platform sent to you by the account administrator.

How to log in
1️⃣ Go to the main page of www.pandape.com and click on Login in the upper right corner.
2️⃣ In the login window, enter your E-mail address y password in the corresponding fields.
3️⃣ Optionally, you can activate the option: Staying connected to keep your session active.
4️⃣ Finally, click on Enter to log in to your account.
Sign in with Google
If you have a Google account, you can sign in quickly and directly by clicking on Continued with Google. Then, select the Google account associated to your Pandapé ATS account.

Forgot your password?
If you forgot your Pandapé ATS password, you must follow these steps:
1️⃣ Requests a new one by clicking on Forgot your password?
2️⃣ Enter your email address or user name and click on Receive e-mail. You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does signing in with Google change the way Pandapé works?
No, logging in with Google does not affect the functioning of your Pandapé ATS account.
If I activate the Google login, will it be the only way to access my Pandapé account?
No, you will be able to access both with Google and with your username and password.
I get the error "user does not exist or is inactive".
If you encounter this error, verify that you are logging in with a Pandapé user account. To log in with your Google account, you must also have an active Pandapé account.
