1. Add process managers
In the first tab of the Selection processYou will be able to add members of your team who will help you manage the vacancy and the candidates.
To add managers to a new offer, follow these steps:
1️⃣ In the creation of the offer, go to the step Selection process.
2️⃣ Go to the tab Process managers. (By default, your user will be selected as the manager).
3️⃣ Type your partner's name in the search engine, select it from the drop-down menu and click on Include to add it as an offer manager.

2. Configure stages of the process
In the second tab of the Selection processYou will be able to configure up to 9 different stages for the selection process of your offer. You can include Shares y Automatic Movements to facilitate the flow of candidates through the process.
Add a new stage:
1️⃣ Click on the button Include new stage.
2️⃣ Assign a descriptive name to the stage and confirm the creation by clicking on OK.
Include an automatic action:
1️⃣ Select the stage in which you want to configure the action.
2️⃣ Choose the type of action you wish to include and make the necessary settings.
3️⃣ Click on Include automatic action to save the changes.
Include an automatic movement:
1️⃣ Click on the button Include automatic movement at the bottom of the stage.
2️⃣ Define the conditions of the movement and save the changes by clicking on Create movement automatic.
3. Adjusts the suitability of candidates
In the third tab of the Selection processWith this function, you can adjust the suitability of candidates to ensure a fair selection of the most suitable applicants for your vacancies. This function evaluates a wide range of criteria based on the data entered.

4. Define the dissemination calendar
In the fourth tab of the Selection processsection, you will find the Disclosure calendar. Here you will be able to provide the candidate with detailed information about the stages and steps of the selection process.
Once you have set up the disclosure calendar, it will be displayed as follows in your offer:

Define clear stages: Set up specific stages that reflect the different phases of the selection process, such as "CV Review", "Initial interview" y "Technical evaluation". This will help you maintain an organized and structured flow in your candidate search.
Use automatic actions: Take advantage of automatic actions to speed up the selection process. You can set up actions such as sending confirmation emails or moving candidates automatically to the next stage. This will save you time and ensure that no important steps are missed.
